Terms & Conditions

All our classes are monthly bookings, they are worked out annually. All Bank Holidays, Summer and Christmas Holidays are taken into consideration in this price.

• Flickers and flyers GTC ltd are a British Gymnastics insured club, All members will be given a yearly membership fee for the club and yearly insurance with British Gymnastics, failure to do so may result in classes being stopped without refund.
• Flickers and flyers GTC ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the class.
• Flickers and flyers GTC ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us on 07852226765
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the above phone number.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 
• If there are any sessions missed due to club holiday's these will be made up within the five week months over the space if the year.
